In the city centre of Copenhagen, the 18th century building that once housed the Royal Porcelain Factory, today known as Royal Copenhagen, and later the university of theology and law, has undergone a full restoration and opened its doors for the public in 2022. The design mission for the hotel was to tell a story based on the old university, which comes alive by the themes ‘coming-of-age’ and ‘we never grow up’.
